Rental Minimum

There is no rental product minimum for orders, however some of our rental products come in set rack and pack quantities.  

All glassware are rented in full racks.  The size of the glass determines the number of glasses per rack.  Glasses are racked in quantities of 12 or 25. Racking ensures accurate counts in and out of the facility and also keeps the product in sanitized conditions. 

All dinnerware, flatware, and napkins are rented in wrapped packs of 10's.  All chargers are wrapped in packs of 10's.

Dinnerware Policy

When renting, china, glassware, cutlery, etc. items must be returned food free, rinsed and placed back in the crate in which they were delivered. Linens must be shaken out to assure that they are free of any debris & placed back in the linen bag that is provided.

Areas We Service 

We are based in Simpsonville SC and provide rental products and services throughout the Upstate, including, but not limited to, Greenville, Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, Five Forks, Easley & Greer. 

If your event is outside our normal service area, just let us know! Special accommodations can usually be made to suit your party.

NOTE: Extra fees may vary dependent upon how far you are outside our service area.

Set-up Fees

Our delivery service is for drop off only. In the event a client wishes to have their rentals set-up, an additional labor fee will apply. If so, White Glove Event Rentals will solely be responsible for the setup of our rentals & will not set-up items outside of what we provide. 

Deposit & Payment 
A signed contact and 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The deposit will be applied to the final invoice. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 business hours prior to delivery/pickup.

Credit/Debit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, Amex 

Digital Payment: PayPal, Zelle  
 

Personal checks must be received at least 14 days prior to the event date. All cash payments must have exact change.

Prices

All prices listed are for a 1-3 day rental period. We do not charge a "per day" rate. If your event runs beyond three days, we'll be happy to quote you an extended rate.
